For musicians, this year has been a busy one. Because of the pandemic, festivals and touring have been very scarce in recent years. Astroworld and its aftermath didn’t bode well. We are now in the midst of a tour for some of our favorite artists. These are some of our favorites that are sure to make for incredible live experiences no matter where you may be.
Kendrick Lamar: The Big Steppers Tour
Kendrick Lamar’s new album “Mr. Morale and The Big Steppers” was released earlier this month. He then announced that he would be going on tour in the United States of America, Canada, Europe, and Australia a few days later. He will make stops in 60 different cities. Tanna Leone, the star of “Mr. Morale will be accompanied by Tanna Leone, who is featured on “Mr.
Lamar and his cousins collaborated on Lamar’s last album. The cousins also had songs on Baby Keem’s debut album, “The Melodic Blue.” Lamar appears on both “family tie” and “range brother,” which was performed by the pair during Baby Keem’s Coachella Weekend performance.
Kehlani: Blue Water Road Trip
Kehlani released “Blue Water Road” in April. This album is already receiving more critical acclaim than her 2020 album, “It Was Good until It Wasn’t.” Just a few weeks later, Blue Water Road Trip was announced. The tour will span North America and Europe. Rico Nasty, a high-energy rapper, and Destin Conrad will support her. Destin is fresh from Syd’s Broken Hearts Club Tour.
Rico Nasty’s performance will be in North America only. However, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to see Kehlani as well. Rico Nasty is a hard-working rapper. Her hard-hitting lyrics and powerful instrumentals will be the perfect opener for Kehlani’s sultry and kind performances.
Gorillaz: North America Tour
We know that Damon Albarn and Gorillaz have been touring since April. The band has been touring Europe for the past few months, but they recently announced their North America tour which will start in Vancouver in September 2022. They will make their way to Las Vegas for Life is Beautiful. After a few shows, they will head east towards Texas and then zigzag their way along the east coast, stopping in Toronto and Montreal before making their way back to Florida.
Dreamville’s rap duo Earthgang will join them on all dates except the Life is Beautiful Festival and the last two dates. Jungle, a British funk band, will also be opening the event.
